<\/span>The NGO aims to provide opportunities to create or enhance to the poor people by applying the concept of Self-Help with the participation of the people and community since \u2018Development through people\u2019s Participation in the vision of the NGO\u2019. The NGO strategic focus thus would be:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By mobilize and organize the people into community institutions as a platform for development intervention and invest intensively in the capacity of these institutions through motivation, interaction, dialogue, awareness programme with the community and learn their issues through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By emphasize the role of women and allows the expression of their felt needs and priorities, addressing the same with the CBO, (SHG\u2019s\/VDCs), thereby increase the effective participation of women in community institutions and decision-making processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By making the people more aware of the need to preserve and regenerate natural resources. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By organizing the community to establish effective and appropriate rural micro finance, savings and thrift and micro credit institutions through Self-help groups, Village development committees and facilitates the local Durbar to be an agent for development and to have a good governance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By promoting a micro-enterprises and providing business knowledge support services and linkages with range of financial management capacity, business development, technical, marketing depending on the capacity of the community.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>By educating and motivating the community to understand that education is one of the main factor to achieve sustainable development of the community through literacy awareness, interaction and established a modern School at Sohkha as a model.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>To established a development role model of different activities for the purpose of motivation and imparting skill training in different trades to the community.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>To inculcate the habit of cooperation, transparency and accountability among the community members through Self-Help Group members. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>To encourage every household to have a proper sanitation and organized a health awareness cum-medical checkup (preventive and curative) through networking process with other health related NGO\u2019s Government and willing individuals (Doctors and medicals personnel)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
