Computer Education
With the growing demand of Information Technology professionals, (NAM-RHEN Association) promoted Information and Technology in the rural and urban community by setup a computer centre by the name “Foundation Academy of Information Technology (FAIT) which was established on 16th Feb 2008 to make its contribution towards meeting the challenges posed by today’s competitive educational environment with an efforts to bring education to the masses and fulfill this growing demand for professional. The day-today functioning and administering of the Institution is taking care and supervised by the Information Technology Committee of NAM-RHEN Association.

- The people and Government would apply Information Technology to manage Development activities.
- Encouraging Information as Education, Service as well as Industry.

- Conducting Awareness, Seminars and Training on Information and Technology
- Educate youths and endeavors to impart training in highly professional skills to match the best with the competitive world.
- offering quality computer education to the Students and working people living in rural and urban communities
- extend the Computer Literacy Programme
- Giving enough foundation course in Information and Technology
- To collaborate with Government and Non-Government, IT organizations, Schools, Colleges and within the State of Meghalaya, inside and outside the Country as well.
- Awarded with a wide range of Certificate Courses, Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma Courses ranging from a month to one year.
- Encouraging youth to start activities relating to Information Technology and earning income for their livelihood.
