The NGO operated its activities through its different Communities under the supervision of Joint Secretaries, that is:-

I) Education Committee,

II) Child and Women Development Committee,

III) Employment Generation Committee,

IV) Youth Development Committee,

V) Agriculture and Environment Committee,

VI) Health and Sanitation Committee and

VII) Project Implementation Committee

VIII) Information Technology Committee.
